Vyapar is designed to be highly compatible with standard retail and wholesale point-of-sale (POS) hardware. If you are setting up a new counter in Pakistan, here is what we recommend:

1. Receipt Printers

PC/Laptop: 80mm USB Thermal Printer (e.g., Xprinter XP-N160I). Ensure you install the Windows driver first.
Mobile/Tablet: 58mm or 80mm Bluetooth Thermal Printer (e.g., POS-58). No driver needed, pairs directly via the Vyapar app.

2. Barcode Scanners

Any plug-and-play USB barcode scanner (1D for standard retail products, 2D for QR codes).
Wireless 2.4GHz scanners are highly recommended for inventory checking in godowns.
