Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, business details, contact number, city, selected department, requirement and source-page or campaign information.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to route your request, respond to you, arrange demonstrations or discuss a relevant Kalyar Traders service. We do not publish enquiry information.

Delivery providers

Information may be delivered through a configured webhook or email service. If no delivery service is configured, the website directs you to WhatsApp so you can send the enquiry yourself.

Analytics

The website records anonymous first-party page-performance and interaction measurements such as loading speed, responsiveness, layout stability, public page path, CTA identifier, enquiry category, scroll depth and broad device type. These measurements do not include enquiry values, raw search text, IP addresses, visitor identities or browser fingerprints. Google Analytics or Meta Pixel loads only when the integration is configured and you select “Allow analytics”; those services may then process device and usage information under their own policies.

Your choices

You can continue with essential site operation only or allow optional analytics when the preference panel is shown. The choice is saved in this browser. You may request correction or deletion of enquiry information by emailing info@kalyartraders.com.
